Thanks Diddyk! I will try to make a post today in the general forum and invite people to join! :) The summer is coming! So for the May challenge I suggest: 15 push-ups, 25 squats, 50 sit-ups and 75 jumping jacks (or as much as you can)

Awesome :) Also, for the April challenge: eat at least 1 piece of fruit a day and walk at least 1 mile per day I've added it to the sheet, if that's okay :) I also added the link to this month's sheet in the group description for easier access

Thanks diddyk! For the challenge I suggest to do burpees to the amount of the date So 7 on March 7, 8 on March 8, and so forth, so by the end of the month you're doing 31 burpees! :)

Thanks for making the February one :) My suggestion for the mini challenge: 5x5x5: 5 push ups, 5 sit ups, 5 jumping jacks, 5 squats and 5 heel raises, repeat 5 times (or as many as you can)

Yeah I like the weekly check-ins too, it prevents me from checking the scales daily :) How is the mini challenge going for everyone? I'm still lazy to take the stairs, but I'm eating a lot more fruits now! :)
