I agree with the feeling like poo for about a week. A few years ago, I started really tracking how much sugar I ate. Just cutting back on that got me to lose 25 pounds. So, guess you can tell how I feel about it. :-) Good luck, and I will have to check into that book as well!

Feeling your pain. I've lost and regained the SAME 3 pounds over and over since August. Nothing is working, and I'm about ready to throw in the towel. That said... don't give up. Be persistent, and think of all the reasons you are working on improving your health. You stay positive, and I will as well. You can do it!

I have a fitbit ultra and LOVE it! It is wonderful to track how many steps I've taken in a day, and really pushes me to get up to 10,000. Great motivation! All the features on the site are interesting, but then again i'm a "graph girl." :-)

I have one can of DP a day, and drink water the rest of the time. That is what has worked for me, couldn't take the caffeine withdrawal headaches. Some people have to go cold turkey or it doesn't work. I guess just figure out what works for you and go for it! I am trying to replace it with cascade ice sparkling water...…

As you get older, it does get more difficult to lose weight. HOWEVER, you should probably throw out your scale. I don't know how tall you are, but being under 120 pounds at almost 30 is not anywhere near being overweight. Most women obsess over 10 pounds that they seriously don't need to lose.
