  • In my book go with Jamie Eason. Your muscles need rest and recovery to build. I would not work every muscle group every day. Depending on your goals etc. you could do upper and lower grouping or you could do back/bis one day, chest/tris one day, legs, etc. Just some ideas
  • In order to see your muscle definition (abs) you need to lower body fat. The old saying of abs are made in the kitchen is true.
  • Most of the courses are online courses. I got my first certification through NASM which was CD rom before, now I am not sure if it is online (probably is since most of the CE's are online now).
