OH.. I'm so glad I'm done with having periods!! I was always in a moody/ crying/ bad mood!! But .. you are right! Don't let a couple of days throw things off.. in the long run, we are all going to have days when we just can't stay on track. Remember the 80/20 rule... 80% on track, 20% off track!
