Started my day out with going to the gym. There is nothing like seeing good friends, and because of these friends.. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. Note to myself.. stop eating!! Today I am just down, and while all day, we ate pretty good.. I just gobbled down a bagel without evening thinking. Its that emotional eating again... and did it make me feel any better. No. So ... I'll grab my water, and the kitchen is now closed for good.
