I have just about 100 to lose and would love to join the group for support. I can usually stick with anything for a short period of time, but I'm often alone in my efforts. Would love to have the support this time around! Like many others, I'm striving for a goal weight of 150 lbs.

Thanks so much everyone...I think I will stick to grilled something and steamed veggies. Last time I was there - pre-mfp, I think I figured that I ate over 1000 calories....it's just sickening to think what I used to eat! Thanks again.

Need to lose right around 50, so I'm with ya! I am usually self-motivated for about a day and then that's it, so maybe this will help me and others too! Happy New Year....let the resolutions commence!
