maybe you are allergic to some of your healthy foods you eat on a daily basis. you could also develop allergic reactions to some foods (without any problems before) by eating them too often. maybe see a doc and let him check you for allergic reactions against any of your foods and/or variate them

You can fill in some fast and healthy cals with any kinds of nuts very easily. when u got x cals left after your dinner just fill them up with nuts. my suggestion

hey annie, when you hit a platue, what could happen from time to time, make a week, where you eat the exact amount of calories you need - and no deficit! beeing in a caloric deficit all year around can cause your metabolism to kind of slow down. after that one week, where you meet your daily needed calories start again…

a good little snack could be a small bowl of cottage cheese with some cinnamon. slow digesting protein and cinnamon keeps your insulin low, good as a goog night snack as well.
