For weight loss, keep the fruit at a minimum. What kind of blender are you using? We have a vitamix--so I include a lot of greens in my smoothie. Kale, spinach, dandelion greens, parsely, etc. Experiment until you find a combination you like. Tea is a great base... Green tea or Ooolong tea. Lemon juice (organic) helps me…
