I agree with so many of the things already said... I think the hardest one is when the scale goes down one day and up the next. And feeling a little obsessed with every little thing I put in my mouth. And worried about eating out. I'm great at ordering foods that I feel would be healthy, but there is always so much sodium…

Here is one for you.... Peanut butter spread on a whole wheat tortilla, then top with some dark chocolate chips, stick in the microwave to soften chocolate chips and then top with sliced banana, roll it up and enjoy...... What about hummus with apple slices? I have heard of black bean brownies... could you adapt a recipe to include blended white beans into some sort of a breakfast bar? Don't be afraid to get creative and throw out a batch and try again if it doesn't work the first time.
