I used to but it stopped when I started to eat more. I believe it may be because you aren't getting enough nutrients or calories

You shouldn't rely on the weight because you could have gained the weight from added muscles from your work out . Maybe you can reduce your calories or substitute your high calorie foods with lower calorie ones.

Congrats to your loss :)

You should ignore it or eat fruits and veggies. But if you choose to eat then you can always work out to burn off what you have eaten so you don't have any unneeded calories in your body.

No biggie :) Just do your thing and don't let it get to you. Next time if you feel like buying healthy go for it! Your doing it for yourself not anybody else so you should not seek his or anyone else's approval. And if you are you can have my approval of buying healthy foods anyday!

Hi! ;) I hope you get back on track girl. For me, I don't plan cheat meals I just eat when I think something is yummy. However I eat it in moderation for example no more than one cookie or no more than a slice of pizza. I tend to indulge 3-4 times each week and work out for four hours for fives days a week but it's all…

I usually feel guilty even if I create a deficit from working out ;-; I know that I shouldn't worry since it's only a day but it still makes your weight look higher on the scale due to higher sodium intake. I usually have around 500 -700 cals but since I've started working out my appetite is coming back :(

Oh god (: that looks so good!
