  • Hi, My name is LaVonda and I would like some support also and would be happy to encourage anyone I can. I now have about 85lbs to loose, but several months ago it would have been 100lbs. I not sure how this works, but if would be nice if I could be added as a friend to this group of folks

  • Heather, you are doing an awesome job! Please stay encourage because the alternative is to gain and I know you dont want that. Especially when you have worked so hard.
