I use power greens, spinach, broccoli, and cucumbers with 1 cup almond milk, ice if desired then add tablespoon of any of the following: diabetic strawberry yogurt, sugar free applesauce with teaspoon of cinnamon or crystal light packet works well. Limits the carbs and keeps it low calorie as well

I have both scales and the analog scale weighs less varies from 1-2 lbs but I think mainly because the digital scale weighs down to the ounce hope this helps. I would go by your measurements more then the scale its a better indicator of your progress then he number on the scale

well maybe for you it don't make sense but our bodies are all different and found that if I get my protein from whole foods instead of powders I lost what I gained and then some. So yes it makes sense....foods affect ppl in different ways

are you using protein powders? I know for me I gained 7lbs and 3 inches very quickly and after stopping the powders I lost it. So the protein powder mixes are not for everyone.

I stay with a low carb diet. If I do eat fruit I only eat in the morning and not everyday. I usually stick with berries.

Feel free to Add me....I mainly juice during the day and eat sensible low carb dinner. I am not a veggie eater so juicing has worked for me. It is very difficult to juice fast for long periods but best of luck

congrats 9lbs in 2 weeks is fantastic keep up the great work you are doing. Don't rely just on the scale try measuring yourself as well which is more of an indicator :)

some days your sodium is way off try eating less processed foods as sodium will cause water retention and drink 1/2 your body weight in water daily good luck

I juice mine in a nutria bullet and add yogurt, sugar free jello or crystal light packet and you don't taste the veggies win win for me

I had this problem cut some carbs and increase your protein. Your carb to protein ratio is off. I eat less carbs and no I don't do no carbs or low carbs (so no bashing by others lol).
