Was thinking the same thing. Crutches and brace for 3 months, another 2 before low impact exercise was possible. Good luck though!

Muffins. I got a blueberry muffin once thinking it would be better than the chocolate one, and the damn thing was 870 calories. Also the entire Mad Mex menu is positively evil.

Agree with the Target stuff. They have the long yoga pants back in at the moment, they have a cross over at the waist that makes them super comfortable for some reason.

Plateauing is normal - you have to do a Dory and just keep swimming (read:walking/running/rowing/cycling...)

It's a good fat, like avocado - enjoy in moderation. My dietitian counts it against my protein for the day instead of in the fat column. Make sure you get one that is just 100% peanuts and you're fine.
