I like these combos: 1)homemade yogurt+ 1 apple (cubed)+ cinnamon, 2) homemade yogurt+peach/nectarine+honey (I know you said you hated yogurt and honey but this combination is heavenly, it is totally different than only yogurt+honey taste ) 3) not a sweet one but a very refreshing one: homemade yogurt+1 teaspoon dried mint

Hi everyone, I am 176cm. (5.9"), 101kg. (222 pounds) currently and 42 years old. I want to be 70 kg.(154 pounds) eventually but my first goal is being down to 90 kg. (198 pounds). I am a full time working mom with a quite stressful job which really does not help with my weight loss but I am trying.

I just saw your answer, if your protein source is mainly dairy, there is no way you are getting enough iron, MFP gives you the option to add iron to your food diary, just try it and see how your iron level is doing.

I had the same problem, my hair everywhere and I got pregnant, my doctor put me on iron around 4th month, and within a month the hair loss stopped completely!

Here is my very simple and delicious recipe: Boil green/brown lentils, drain, mix lentils with fresh squeezed lemon juice(1/2 or 1 depending on the quantity of your lentils), olive oil(1-2 tablespoon), chopped parsley (optional) and salt to taste. Eat it like a salad, side dish or main dish.
