Started this today;. Enjoyed the workout and she kicked my butt. Am going to try to do it in the morning and still cycle a couple of times a week. I burned 220 calories on level 1 which is I do it every day should go some way to helping :O)

Got my DVD tonight and did the first workout tonight. Am going to do this! Sounds brilliant idea. First thing in the morning will leave me feeling great if today's first workout is anything to go by. Thanks for the idea. Will cycle some nights for extra cardio.

My DVD arrived today and I did it before I went out with my mom for her birthday. 20 minutes and I was soaked! I'll have to do other workouts with it to increase calorie burn but it's great. 1 down, 29 to go. I hate Jillian and love her all at the same time LOL

I've noticed when I'm standing still I am totally still. Whereas before I would feel my calf muscles kicking in to balance me. Now I appear to have perfect balance.

Because of this thread I have been out and run - in the rain - for the first time in about 15 years (possibly longer). I don't know how far I went and I know it wasn't fast but everytime It took me AGES to overtake a walker - I remembered the first post on this thread. Thank you! Amanda
