Is the fitbit and MMW linked together?

Thanks, all. Will take on board everything you've said and look at the links. Appreciate the responses. A

You did it right! 1500 is a small deficit. You need to net 1500. So eating what you burn is correct. Of course depending where the 1500 figure comes from.

Have had my fitbit one since December 28th and have not had it further than a few feet from me ever since. It works perfectly on the treadmill. Very glad of purchase.

I am allergic to the mince versions but can tolerate the whit versions. Sort of the chicken substitute. If you have an intolerance to fungus then avoid it. It is grown as a culture type thing. The mycoprotein is the grown bit. Nasty stuff

Eat them all back. Fuel your body

I'm not a dietician but sounds a bit strange to me. I eat it all the time and I lost 2 stones

I have :) I think I'm just thick.LOL Was wondering if it's better to just trust the adjustments. I can work out for two hours and log it on MFP with times and fitbit still takes calories off it if I sat down for a bit. I have been trusting these numbers and reducing calorie intake or walking about a bit. I will continue.…

Go for it just make sure you eat back exercise calories if you're already eating at a deficit otherwise you'll be really tired and you won't be feeding the muscles etc. Good Luck

I treated myself to a Fitbit One the week after Christmas and it's definitely helping me walk more and get more activity in. It's also making me think about food more. I've used MFP for about 3 years now and the FItbit compliments it perfectly.

Thanks That's what I've been doing with times when I log. So if Fitbit takes calories off me this is more accurate that not letting it? Thank you

Hi I get comments from people when I'm working out and eating better as my moods are noticeably more stable. I've gone from a diagnoses of Major depression, to cyclothymia, headed towards a personality disorder and then back to depression. They change their minds almost as much as I swing but anyway..... I'm glad this is…

 Well done, you. Looking good

I consider it cardio when I log it. I wear a HRM and my HR gets up higher than it does when I'm running, cycling etc. it works wonders for definition of legs and buttocks. I don't do much of a routine, sort of the same things over and over integrated with my cardio and dumb bells. I love them.

Something is screaming at me not to do this but in a weird way I think it would be good. I teach kids about safety and stuff and never to give out their numbers but .... I think this is brilliant.

I used Strava until some git stole my bike. :(

Thanks all. I am quite fit, in the sense that I have a lot of stamina and can lift reasonable weight. The ten pounds was over a long time. I should have said that. Only about 4 lb recently. If I remember correctly I think the faintness might have occurred when I first started working out again two years ago, so maybe it's…
