I went straight up from 1400 to 2160 and in two weeks lost 2 lbs or so in water I think and have maintained since. No gain at all as yet. was petrified as well but jumped straight in. It's difficult to get up there some days but have been eating peanut butter which I'm falling in love with now. A

Whoop! I'm two weeks into the same process. Down 2 lbs! Eating about 2100 a day, lifting more than doing cardio. Loving it. :O)
