diet and working out

Hi I'm new to this and just started to diet I'm on the keto diet which is hardly any carbs. I'm finding it pretty good I'm feeling full, I have been doing it since 1st January now the 12th and have lost 5 pounds so think that is really well.

I have been thinking of starting The Insanity Workout Just wondered of what you all think?.

1st January 2014 = 13st 13lbs
12th January = 13st 8lbs

I'm 5ft 4inch

Would love all your input and suggestions of what has worked for you and what didn't.

    Go for it just make sure you eat back exercise calories if you're already eating at a deficit otherwise you'll be really tired and you won't be feeding the muscles etc.
