I have ten tattoos all of which are on my upper back or the top of my arms. Except one which is at the base of my back) forgot about that one)) None of them have changed at all, but as someone already said, it's placement. I suspect that if I'd had one on my rear end, it would have shrunk :O)

I had to give up for reasons unrelated to fitness but after the first workout I was SORE AS HELL. I carried on. By day four I felt amazing and was already seeing results. I was in pain but it soon went after a few days and I was so glad I carried on through. Stopping just stops the progress. If you can cope, keep going.…

I was told once that they can be worked everyday without problem. I am currently working out my whole body everyday and sore muscles are not happening and if I do need a rest I take one but I listen to my body. If it screams at me to stop, I stop. Do what feels right for you. Good Luck

Love this!!

Simple answer is, it will track your heartrate and give you a calorie burn as long as your heart is registering with it.:O) I keep mine on for the cool down and warm up stretching for my workouts. Unless it's really basic low impact stuff in which case I turn it off so as not to kid myself I've burned more than I have.

there are people on here losing weight at 1800+ a day!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Excellent! Pleased for you
-
Hated it. can't remember about weight issues but it's horrible unless you take it at exactly the same time each day/ I got brain 'zaps' and nasty side effects. It's also difficult to stop as tapering it off means you get the zaps agaiN! I hope it helps you!! Amanda

You could take them out for walks! :O)

Let that be your motivation. You don't want to be depressed and you don't want to look the way you do - you say it makes you depressed. I have a full length mirror in my bedroom I can't get out of looking, in the morning. I make sure I do. Don't depreive yourself. Do it slow. Good Luck
-
Why did you do that? Is it part of a plan? It's not enough of a mix of nutrients and not enough calories. IMHO
-
It's like cyclists with their biks pics! WTF!?

Hi I've been treated for depression for many years and although my depression has other causes than weight etc, your last comment has brought me to tears, as it's how I see myself. You're wrong though. We are wrong. Use all the support you can get on here, from your doctor and anyone else you can. I wish I could help. Take…

Maybe I am measuring right!! Well done on this!

I've nearly died three times LOL I've stuck to it and worked as hard as I can and have cycled a bit and walked too. I'm sure it's wrong but I like the numbers and it's spurring me on!! :O) Let us know how you go.
-
I'm convinced I've measured wrong but I measured because I 'felt' smaller. I've lost 4 inches all together. Arms lost an inch each! 2 inches off my waist. :O)

No no no no no!

Hello! Q1 I don't think it matters to be honest. And it might do you good to change things up a bit. I workout all sorts of times. Doing it is the main thing, as you say. As for Q2. No idea. But I hope you get good results from it. I'm certainly seeing results from the Shred already and am only on day 6!
-
Hi Had read this on here somewhere else. As its part of the workout though I sort of have been doing them to ensure I do the programme. I suppose I could substitute. Thanks
-
Thanks everyone. Have just done the shred again and am still feeling I'm pulling my neck. Front of my throat sticks out. the muslces? So will consider what's been said, look at ehow and try again tomorrow!! Thanks everyone. Amanda
-
THANK YOU! I do try to look straight up but can feel the pull. Will try harder tonight!! Thanks both for replying.

Am only on day 5 but have not had a break although my body was screaming out for one after day one! I'm glad I didn't have a break as my body has already adapted to it and is much less painful now and I'm already seeing small changes in my body. I intend to do this in 30 days but if I need a break I will and will report…

Thanks I'm finding it brilliant. I was so sore the first few days but I made sure I did the workouts anyway. I cycle some as well but can already see and feel the difference. Stick with it and it's brilliant!!! Can't wait for tomorrow now.
-
Am on day 5. Measured myself and although I am sure this can't be right - I'm 4 inches down!! arms minus 1. Waist minus 2 and legs half an inch each!

Hi from the midlands, UK. Welcome. yOu'll get lots of support from this site. it's great.

I have been working out for 18 months and consider myself fit. I have good stamina and endurance. The shred is challenging me in new ways and it is tough. It's what you make it. You can modify exercises you find tough and can push yourself to do higher skips, higher kicks and more pushups/sit ups. I'd not say it was for…

Are you being serious here?
-
:O( I agree with this too. I applaud your commitment but I am a little worried about you.

Let us see your food diary so we can advise you :O)

When i read the OP first of all I thought I was going to have to rant. But the more I'm honest with myself, yes, I want to be hot! I've now got a healthy BMI and am in a UK size 12 jeans which was always just a dream. I'd not been that size for 20+ years. But, I want to be strong and have a flat stomach and I want people…
