Its only a 5k race! I just went out and did a 12min milr but didnt feel as breathless as norm upon taking your advice to jog slower! Im sure I'll build it up in no time :)

I have 1200 calories a day. I personally find that I could easily eat more but can perfectly manage on 1200! All just about getting a good balance with your 3 meals a day. I'm not sure whether you'd enjoy but I found a new fave this weekend! It's sort of a Fosters shandy - it's called Radler and it's Foster's mixed with cloudy lemon - only 60 calories a bottle! I was over the moon to realise! I had 2 on friday night to unwind and it was lovely. x
