  • I think I need to lose about 100 pounds, maybe a little more. I'm in a place now where I've become ashamed to leave the house and I don't want to feel that way. I have never reached out to others for motivation and support before. anyone feel free to add me. I've had an account forever but I'm still learning how to use it.
  • I'm getting to this a little late but I like the idea, so count me in. SW: 222 CW: 221 GW: 217 Weigh in Dates: 3/2: 222 3/9: 221 3/16: 3/23: 3/30: This month I plan to incorporate more walking, some stuff like Pilates and generally being less sedentary, more active. Not huge changes but all I can do starting out.
