i just did my first half and am now on a runners high so congrats to you! you are going to love it after your first. go to runnersworld.com and coolrunning.com...both of these sites are fantastic...just got my second training schedule from coolrunning and im loving it... good luck...keep us posted :)

i use lots of fresh squeezed lime juice, fresh squeezed orange juice, mix it with diced english cucumbers, diced tomatoes, dice onions, cilantro, sweet rice vinegar and salt and pepper...very healthy :)

I agree on a good pair of running shoes. Invest! Welcome...I am new too however I have been on Weight Watchers for years. This plan shows me exactly what I want to see and on WW I only see points. I am much more aware what I am eating on this plan. I am trying to get fit and taking my time....I need a group support as well!
