For me is more a week before my period. I just feel like eating crunchy and salty stuff every day. It sucks. I need to focus on stopping when this happens. Not easy:frown:

I do. I usually gain 2-3 LB with mine. If you are on vacation...and not working out...it gets a little worse. But, you are back and working on it so, You are fine!

I like my steps "The Firm" CDs. A lot of cardio and weights. I got some Zuma games for the Wii and almost all the Just Dance. I like to sweat with my kids too. We love dancing.

Well, I have he same problem and cardio works wonders! I play Zumba on the Wii with a friend three times a week, Steps with weights and another awesome exercise for butt and legs is rollerblading. Swimming will tone EVERYTHING at once. There are many things to choose from. Lots of cardio! ;)

Keep the workouts because it help you through the stress. It makes you feel like you accomplice something. I think, that you should have a day of the week to enjoy in moderation the food you really love. That way you'll keep yourself happier dieting knowing that the awesome treat is not too far. Good luck! You can do it!

!'m 5' 1". I suppose to weight 112lb, But I'm happy at 114ish.

I need motivation some times too. Here in the Chicago area the winters are so cold and nasty with all the snow and ice. I need to loose a few pounds and a little push to do it. Help???
