That is almost 6.2 miles per day. Is that really doable. I am not sure the body is designed for that kind of beating. Specifically the knees. I am by no means a runner so maybe this is doable, but I run 3 times per week and only do 2 - 3 mile runs and 1 - 6, and much more than that and my knees are killing me!

Over time I have discovered that if I don't log I only eat what I need to maintain.. When I log, I get caught in the I have x calories left; then eating them even though I am not hungry. I know study after study shows people who log do better, but I think I am actually one of the exceptions.

I don't know of the choices I would go with TN, I don't believe they have a state income tax, not 100% on that. I know FL and TX have no state income and I think one of those would be my preference. But for god sake whatever you do; get out of Michigan.

Yes, you need to look at your nutrition... You have to make sure that after workouts you are giving your body the stuff it needs to replenish at the cellular level. It is also a good idea to check with a DR and make sure there is not something else going on. Those symptoms could be diabetes, annemia, etc, etc....

I crossed that one off with a hole in one during the 2003 Club Championship at Macdill AFB. Shotgun started on the 13th hole, (Island Par 3), first swing of the tournament. Had the double eagle in 1999 at NAVAIRSTA Brunswick Me on the 9th hole. Holed out a 3 iron from 215. This makes me wonder why I don't play golf more?

Not even sure why your on a diet; you are georgeous. Maybe you feel the need to do a little toning. If so then just do it on a well rounded nutrition plan. I am not sure why people mess with these things.

To do anything effectively you are going to engage your cardio system at some level. QUIT SMOKING! It is not good for you, and quite frankly, it is really expensive habit. You could probably find better things to do with the 50-60 a week you are burning.

I am only going to address the strength training aspect. YOU DO NOT NEED WEIGHT LIFTING EQUIPMENT! You should really master your body weight first. Trust me you can kill it with body weight alone.

With several people. I love group workouts. Quite frankly, doing martial arts its almost impossible to hold your own pads. In addition, I like the group setting for every workout. I find it more motivating to be with friends who actually push each other.

Depends on your intended results. Aerobic, anarobic??? I do some muay thai every now and again and both are important. If you are only slightly active maybe you don't care about creating ATP efficiently enough to operate without O2 for 30-60 seconds. So depends what you are trying to do.

Have to concur with the other posters. Does not really matter which day you chose as long as you always due it at about the same time. So every Monday or every other monday works. I do mine every 2 weeks on Monday. To be honest that is probably to much for my taste. LOL
