  • My goals for this year are to: Finally hit goal of 125. Be able to do as many push ups as my 9 year old can do, and have some definition in my arms. Ride my bike every Sunday morning. Maybe do some kind of fun 5K, like the Color Run? I don't know, I don't run at all, so that will be a stretch. But they look like so much…

  • Hi, I am 41, and married with 2 kids. They are 16 and 9. We also have 2 dogs. I am trying to lose 15- 20 pounds and improve my health. I would love to add some friends here!
  • Yes, it is! I love that everyone is so excited and helpful towards each other. :)
  • Woohoo, got my workout in last night. It is getting easier, and I don't feel like I am going to die anymore lol. My 8 year old did some of it with me, he is so funny. He can do more push ups than I can! He knocked out 30 real ones and I struggled to do 10 on my knees. Sp plan for today is to walk the dog for at least 30…
  • Thanks! I will try that today!
  • Well, I did not attempt to do the workout today. My calves hurt so much, I think they need a rest. I have never had such bad pains in my calves before! I did take a nice long walk though to try and stretch them out a bit. I really hope that I am able to do the shred tomorrow! Keep up the good work everyone!!!
  • Day two completed! I am in so much pain. Not sure I will be able to walk tomorrow Lol!
  • Hello! I just joined this group and just finished my day 1 workout. I had a hard time with the push ups- my knees were really hurting even though I used a mat. Plus my dog was lying on half of my mat and she wouldn't move lol! But it was a good workout, I liked it.
  • You look amazing! I must get this book!
  • That is so funny! Congrats on your loss, you look great!
  • Great job! You look awesome!
  • Very inspiring! You look wonderful!
  • Thanks for the inspiration! You look gorgeous, happy, and healthy!
  • That's awesome! Here is a tip if you still want to use them- pull one side of the waist band really tight and then wrap a pony tail holder around the excess material. Then you just fold the the pony tailed part over and tuck it back into the waist band. Hope I explained that right, it's actually really simple to do.
  • I have about 10 pounds to go to. The first 6 came off really quickly, but now I am having a much harder time. I would love to add more friends too. Anyone feel free to add me!
  • He doesn't like to hear crunchy foods, but he is bringing popcorn and cheetos? haha I would say too bad for him and bring your favorites! If you want to be nice though, you could bring grapes, cantaloupe, or string cheese.
  • Some women feel cramping when they ovulate. If you finished your period about a week and a half ago, it is about the right time for you to be ovulating. When the ovary releases an egg, it forms a little cyst. As the cyst bursts, there can be some bleeding. It's probably nothing to worry about, but I would mention it to…
  • Yes, happens to me too. It's called exercise induced urticaria or cholinergic urticaria It's really annoying and uncomfortable!
  • Don't give up! Even if you haven't lost weight, you have improved your health. Soda and McDonalds are bad for your organs, even if they don't make you gain weight. I used to be the same way when I was younger- I could eat whatever I wanted, lots of fat, lots of sugar, no vegetables. Well it all caught up with me around 30…
  • I read one of her books and she talked about her struggles in it. It told the whole story of how she became a trainer too. I think there were a couple of pictures too. It may have been the Master Your Metabolism book, but I don't remember for sure. I know, I am a lot of help, right? haha
