Looks like Im in the same boat as you..Bread is my weakness and potatoes bloat me up something painful. Pre diabetic symptoms need to be eased and a jumpstart needed for this weight loss so going low carb till christmas. Feel free to add me:flowerforyou:

iv'e just started my Goal for October..staying active everyday by walking a Goal distance of 100km by the last day of the month...although forcast is rain on the horizon so walking dvd it might be..Otherwise out and enjoy this sunshine while I can.:happy:

There is a setting in Food. Add it like you add food. It's "Breast feeding". I think. There are different kinds of settings. Also if you search "breastfeeding" there are other Posts on this. This is how I found it my self but I don;t use it anymore although I do still breast feed. Hope this helps.:smile:

You eventually get used to it..But I use a flat cushion on mine after about 20mins then if it gets really bad i'll get off and do some squats or lunges etc until I feel comfortable again,then hop back on :) Hope it helps

Hie..Just started baack on MFP.. Lost a good amount b4 Christmas but did damage during the dredded season and put it all back on...Still Kicking myself.
