Walking to the park with my son regularly with out feeling back pain and having to stop n rest.

Walked for an hour with lil to no pain in back. Knees took a beating though!!! Can’t win!! Got 12000 steps today wowza!!!

Every day activity is easier with prolonged bouts of standing and walking with lil to no back ache enabling me to do more and be 🤗better. .

Have lost almost 0kg. Scale has been very stubborn, but went to measure my waist for online shopping and I have lost 7cm on my waist...yesss... I double checked. :). Gave me the encouragement to get back on the bike today.

To Loose My Double Chin in 3 months..Date Should be on Christmas Day 2016.

There is a gap forming between my thighs, legs are looking toned and bending over isn't so daunting anymore. Also the gap between my double chin and boobs is increasing as I don't feel like i'm suffocating when I lie down.

Hi Id like to loose this amount too and make new friends with the same goals. I plan to walk 10000 steps day. Keep to my calories a day and work with weights to tone arms and panks to strengthen hip and back. Plz add me and we can work together to get healthy. Thanks and good luck.
