    I ran a mile before Crossfit (8:07)
    then at Crossfit we did the hero WOD "Murph"
    1 mile run
    100 pull-ups
    200 push-ups
    300 squats
    1 mile run

    45 minutes of lifting, 30 minutes on the treadmill, pushing a grocery cart around the store for an hour and mowing my lawn for an hour.

    Did 4000 steps at work, in 4inch high heels in the course of 4 hours. :) Do I get extra credit for stilettos? :wink: In the evening I ran on treadmill 30 min 6 miles an hour. In tennis shoes, if you're wondering. :)

    I did cx work class, shot some baskets for about 15 minutes, 30 min on treadmill. Ran for 2 miles during the 30 min.. OH I also unloaded fire wood.

    Love this! I volunteer at our local animal shelter walking dogs...happy dogs!

    I'm gonna hit the gym today (leg day). Rowing for warm-up. And if my legs aren't too sore after lifting I'm gonna spend some time either biking or running.

    like....work...for about 5.5 hours hahhahaha if that counts as anything!
    I believe that burns about 500-600 calories...though I'm just gonna say it was only about 2-3 hours of work - mostly because I don't find that very believable.

    One hour of definition class (basically high intensity resistance training), a 9 min 1 mile jog on the treadmill, and then a 45 min abs and stretch class. It was a productive morning :)

    Kettle bells, elliptical and I rode my recumbent bike until the counter reset... I also hung some shelves and cleaned house a bit. It all counts to me!

    Did my heavy day last night (9 rep week), because I was doing yard work on Monday and killed my arms. Probably doing more yard work tonight instead of going to the gym.
