Back Extensions- 6x10 140 lbs
Upright Row- 3x5 3x10 30lbs
Inclined crunches- 60
Side Bends- 6x10, 20lbs
10 minute elliptical, resistance 10 down by 2 every 2 minutes

            5 mile run 5:30 a.m.
Shoulders (5th day split)
1 mile walk 6:00 p.m.0 - 
            Heavy Deadlift day plus squat hypertrophy work.0

            Day 2 of Level 1 30 Day Shred. Really wondering if I'm going to manage level 2..! So unfit! But if it is too much, I guess I could carry on Level 1 for a little longer

I tried Shred and lasted about five days. Found it boring.
Yesterday, I did my regular Power Sculpt class and made an audio tape while she was teaching so I can repeat it at home during the week.
Today I'm meeting friends for a 30 mile, round trip, relaxed bike ride to the Botanical Gardens in the Bronx and returning via the just reopened High Bridge.0 - 
            Eliptical Trainer
Cable Row 5x8
Barbell Row 3x8
Seated Plate Loaded Row 3x8
Barbell Shrug 3x8
Rear Deltoid Pin Loaded Machine 3x8
Dumbbell Bicep Curl 21s 3x21

            I did Body Beast.. Total Body0

            30 minute Barre workout with Jessica Smith on youtube in the morning and a 30 minute walk with my dog in the evening.0

            I did 30 minutes of spinning, 10 minutes of elliptical, 10 minutes of rowing and one hour walking for todays cardio! I also did a 40 minute upper body strength workout!0
 - 
            10000 step day to walk off leg day soreness
About 4K in so far on morning walk0 -

            40 minutes of Yoga
30 minutes of ballet
And tonight probably an hour of tennis!
