    and in about an hour I'm going running for 40 minutes.

    Push Press: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Deadlift: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Barbell Bent-Over Rows: 3 sets of 10-12 rep

    Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 10-12 rep

    Stiff Legged Barbell Good Mornings: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Dumbbell Rear Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    30 - 45 minutes elypticall

    Hearts = situps
    Spades = arm curls
    Clubs = shoulder press

    At the end was 105 reps of each!
