    75mins of walking while pushing a bugging with baby and shopping then couldnt do my 30mins bike as I slipped down the stairs and sprained my ankle. Hope its better tomorow as need to do alot!

    I got in my cardio (50 min of elliptical) but had to skip weights as I was parked somewhat illegally at my gym and was worried about being towed. (My car was still there when I came out - yay!)

    Canoeing in the rain - 2 hours (150 calories)

    Honestly, I thought the canoeing would burn more. Maybe it did. I used the reading on my HRM (after subtracting normal activity calories), but even though my heart rate wasn't getting very high, I was using muscles that I don't normally use and braving the elements. *shrug* It was fun, regardless! ^_^

    Then 5 hours at work in the Pizza Hut kitchen, walking around, cooking, cleaning etc.

    this morning, I rode 5 miles on my bike and then did a strength training circuit....1 set of each of the following...decline push-ups, push-ups using stability ball and bench, one arm rows, one arm dumbbell swings, Y squats, T squats, dumbbell flys, shoulder press, dips, inverse pull-ups, leg curl with stability ball, one legged squats, a few ab exercises.
