    Barbell dead lifts 20 pounds - 2 sets of 20 reps
    Standing lunges 20 pounds - 2 sets of 15 reps each leg
    Single leg deadlifts 20 lbs - 2 sets of 10 each leg
    Squats 2 sets of 20

    Static back extension 60 seconds

    Will do one hour of Aikido tonight after work
    Will do a 20 mile bike ride after aikido.

    went out and did some interval jogging!

    i just turn my ipod on, jog for one song, walk for one song, and then keep doing that.

    did that for 35 minutes. felt great! :)

    Walking in heels and jeans, in the summer heat, from the parking garage to the restaraunt my son is now working. Sounds like fun? I swear it was a mile, and I am pretty darn good at guestamating!! :laugh:

    The rest of my party were in shorts or a dress and flat sandels. I on the other hand was uncomfortable in my shorts having put back on 10 pounds, so I wore jeans.

    I bet I burned more than if I did my 45 min ellitical routine:wink:
