    great job everyone!

    45 min elliptical for me today. I tried going backwards for the last few minutes....all I know is very different muscles used!

    I jog/walk 4.5 miles in the Vicksburg National Military park where there is a lot of hills..It is a great workout to start my day...

    Started with a variety of sit-ups with and without weights

    35 minute stationary bike with random levels of tension

    45 minute treadmill: ran 2.5 miles and walked .5 mile

    would love to run, but hurt achilles :( So, vigorous freestyle swimming for probably about 45 minutes. Then maybe some walking.

    Horse ride (90 mins total) - hacking in the forest then a riding lesson. Next week I'm going to have to hack afte the lesson I think though as it was too intense for him after hacking out. Good hot stuff though. :)
