    Sunday - Level 1 6 week 6 pack, 15 min elliptical, 90 min walking dogs (volunteer at the animal shelter)

    Today - 40 min elliptical

    1 hour session with my awesome personal trainer! 60 minutes of strength training with 5 minutes of cardio warm-up. I couldn't sneak in cardio after but I'll be at the gym at 8am tomorrow.

    I did 8 minutes of jogging, then came inside and did 40 minutes on my Wii Fit :) It's a great way to get my exercise indoors where it's nice and cool! lol

    Zumba later this evening, usually 60 min. Resistance bands, desk pushups, squats and lunges 30 min. May throw in a little dumbell action after Zumba if I'm still in the mood.
