I did a 60 mins body combat class this morning. It was tough but good!0

I did 8 minutes of jogging, then came inside and did 40 minutes on my Wii Fit It's a great way to get my exercise indoors where it's nice and cool! lol0

Zumba later this evening, usually 60 min. Resistance bands, desk pushups, squats and lunges 30 min. May throw in a little dumbell action after Zumba if I'm still in the mood.0
