Strength: Bench Press, Overhead Press, Tricep Extension, Light Bench Press to failure (I don't record strength training on MFP, I use another tool)
Cardio: 30 minutes of elliptical at 20 incline and slowly increasing resistance from 14-17. RPM between 90-100 and 125-140 (when a decent song would come on the playlist).0 -
DDR exercise mode on "difficult" for 60 minutes = ~500 calories
And I might ride my bike around the neighborhood for 15-20 minutes0 -
I did 90 mins aerobics...sore foot now! Hoping when the weight comes off my joints will fare better under the strain!0

I too am doing couch 25K week 4 day 2 today. I will then do an additional hill climb to get to 45-50 minutes.
