Today was 50 mins of BodyPump. I love my Pump so very much.
Got caught out a bit during the tricep/bicep track; the weight I was using is just at the limit of what I can usually do, and I failed to adjust for TOM so couldn't keep up all the reps. But I was less pants than usual in the lunges and completely killed the abs track, so I'm calling it a win regardless.0 -
Last night I did a 30 minute cardio Fitness Blender video in my garage.0
