    25 minutes of Pilates on my reformer and a 30 minute brisk walk.

    1 hour(ish) trail run this afternoon. it's gonna be muddy :)

    I will teach 2 classes tonight - Watergym and Advanced Aquacise (I teach both 3-4 times per week and still go swimming in my free time!) Love it!!

    1RM reverse band DL (Sumo)
    Squat top set 235# x8 (this increases 5# each week)
    10RM seated safety bar good mornings
    3x10 snatch grip deficit dl
    3xmax reps on the GHR
    3x20 Reverse hyperextensions
    3x20 banded decline situps

    Took forever, the Doms are real.

    Three rounds of my home knee rehab (as prescribed by my physio) for recent ACL reconstruction (2 weeks postop)
    A quick upper body lifting set because I miss real exercise and can't do yoga right now

    30 minutes on the elliptical in the morning and 40ish minutes of strength in the evening.
  • 40 minutes in the pool moving the whole time. Can’t yet do 40 minutes of laps, but mixed laps with floating on my back and kicking, treading water and hopping across the bottom of the shallow end. And then had an epic water fight with my son .

    45 minutes of strength training (shoulders today), 15 minutes of ab circuits, then 25 minutes of HIIT bicycle cardio. I also walked for an hour during my lunch break at work.

    35 minutes on the treadmill while watching Netflix!

    Yesterday was total body dumbbell work out on fitnessblender, still feeling that one.

    2.8 miles walking at lunch
    4 miles kayaking
    1.5 miles walking on beach

    Today:
    Repeat yesterday, add some snorkeling :)

    Morning: Inclined walk and back/shoulders at gym.
    Evening: Week 7, day 2 of C25K (5 min warm up and cool down, 25 minute run), 10 minutes ab work.

    Swam 35 minutes. Walked the 2 miles to the gym, 45 min. spin class, 2 mile walk home. I also have a 90 min restorative yoga class tonight.

    30 Minutes rowing at 18 strokes per minute, with good form. Hoping to increase my strokes per minute as the rowing catch, drive, and recovery become more natural :)

    I mowed the yard today and according to my Fitbit I burned 627 calories and 7800 steps, so yes it counts! Lol

    3.5 mile run/walk, with a lot more walking than usual b/c of the heat/humidity. Felt good to get it done.

    11km pool swim, yesterday. 250 laps in 22m pool. Personal distance record.
    Not bad for an arthritic non athlete. Not nearly fast enough to attempt an open water comp.

    I went for a run... I started out doing intervals of walking and running with the c25k app but during my final 3 min. Run, the app quit working. After about 5 min I realized it must have stopped working but felt pretty good so I kept running And ended up running for about 15 minutes straight! And I saw a deer. So exciting for me, although I’ll probably be sore tomorrow. We also went swimming today, took my dog for a walk, and moved two couches lol. (It counts)
