I did Level 2 of 30DS this morning
and in about an hour I'm going running for 40 minutes.1 -
Warmup: Butt-Lift (Bridge): 2 sets of 15 reps
Push Press: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Deadlift: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Barbell Bent-Over Rows: 3 sets of 10-12 rep
Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 10-12 rep
Stiff Legged Barbell Good Mornings: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Dumbbell Rear Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
30 - 45 minutes elypticall0 -
90 Squats (at work) 15 every hour for 6 hours2

60 min treadmill (C25KW4D2 + 11min extra running +walking to make 60min)0

Did P90X - today was "Shoulders and Arms" and "Ab Ripper X"1

Walked the dog or she walked me for 45 min.

Both of those I did instant streaming via NetFlix4 -
deck of cards work out.
Diamonds = pushups
Hearts = situps
Spades = arm curls
Clubs = shoulder press
At the end was 105 reps of each!4 -
Turbo Fire HIIT 15 / Sculpt 30 (full body strength using resistance band). First time with a HRM. 486 calories!0

I did eleven 12 second sprints this morning.2

45 mins treadmill pre programmed workout. Incline 3 and pace between 5-7 MPH
