    Jogged a 5k at 5.5mph for the 3rd time in a week, and can safely say that I have fully completed c25k. :)

    After I finish two more sessions this week, next week will start a focus on speed.

    Walked 2 miles on my treadmill at speeds ranging from 2.5 to 3.

    And hour before work on treadmill and and hour after chest time 14,373 steps for the day

    I'm tired now :)

    Yesterday I worked out for 45 minutes in my building's gym because they got new free weights.

    Today I'm teaching my first Aqua Zumba class in a new location and maybe I'll ride my bike to get there.

    Today I did my strength training for about an hour then a 15 min cool down on recombinant bike. Later did Zumba for the first time and then in the afternoon I did 30 mins on a Precor .

    Didn't hit the gym yet today but last night i did 10 min on the treadmill: 3mph and level 15 incline, 20 min on the arc trainer and then did weight training on my triceps chest and shoulders.

    C2 Rower Intervals. Damper @ 10. Was going to do 10x250m rows <135/500m. Ended up killing myself w/ 5x500m rows <140/500m, 168BPM HR. Wasn't ready for the 500m intervals yet.
