If you are losing inches, but not weight, then you are gaining muscle. This is a very good thing! The more muscle you have, the easier it will be for you to burn more calories. So you should start seeing the pounds drop soon as long as you keep up the good work!

I just had 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt and 1 cup sliced strawberries. Under 200 calories, delicious, and good for me! Still looking for a healthier chocolate fix, however. I'm picky about my chocolate!

it's hard, I know! keep the junk food in a specific location in your kitchen, (ONE shelf in the fridge, ONE spot in the cupboard) and also keep a stash of healthy snacks for you. then when you get tempted, you have a healthy alternative close by.
