I am a office worker .. I run an hour before work and take 40-50 minute walk during my lunch break .. that's around 17k intentional steps and I average about 22k steps as per my Fitbit .. I am not hung up on the label mainly because I don't eat my excercise calories ..

Forgot to provide introduction - I have done the whole-30 before and I think it's an awesome way to kickstart a healthy eating program so I wish to do it again .. I do not intend to weigh myself and will be starting on 3rd - if someone can help me find the group it will be awesome ! Thank you

I was looking at health/fitness blogs and getting really worried looking at meals that well looked to me like you are supposed to starve .....your pictures have inspired me to experiment with cooking and take some pictures myself :) - Thank you all and keep it coming.,

I agree snacking is good ... breaking up calories to 6 meals also makes sense ... But - I do it for the wrong reasons - basically when I am bored or something looks too good to resist. Especially between 3 and 6 PM... I graze around a whole lot in the pantry and the fridge and then realize I have blown up my calorie…
