What a difference! You should be so proud of yourself, you look great! :D

Wow!!! You look great! Congratulations on all of your hard work :D

Avoid foods that cause gas and bloating (broccoli, cabbage, etc.) and probiotics if the problem persists! I had extreme bloating after EVERYthing I ate and was so uncomfortable. After 2 days of probiotics, the problem was almost completely gone. I continued using for a few weeks and now use them occasionally :)

I LOVE TJ's! I shop there for 90% of my groceries :) I am currently addicted to their "nacho" kale chips--pricey, but worth it. I also love their kale dip. Great for veggies and crackers and is made with Greek yogurt instead of all mayo.

Wow, awesome results! You should be so proud of yourself :D Thanks for sharing, very motivating!

And take your measurements!! Sometimes the victory doesn't show on the scale, but you will still be losing inches ;)

I love the idea of putting a visual to your progress. Congrats and keep it up! :D

I lost 12 pounds and was 3 pounds away from my goal when I gained it all back. I lost it by eating too few calories and as soon as I increased them I ballooned up and gained all the weight back and then some. It was so hard to start over and begin the process again. I still struggle with beating myself up for "not being…

It started out as a goal weight, now it's a weight range (125-130) and the "look" of fitting into my old clothes and swimsuit again ;)
-
That's a huge difference! Keep it up! :D

I agree with you. Mine are out of control right now and I'm not looking forward to wearing a swimsuit over my tank top and shorts tanlines :/

Big difference for sure! Keep it up!

Gluten and dairy are usually the biggest culprits if it's a food allergy/intolerance (also google "foods that cause bloating"). You could try cutting them out for a few weeks and see if it gets better. There is another recent "bloated" forum out there with suggestions you should check. You could try probiotics if it isn't…

Yeah, your waist looks smaller. Keep it up! :)

Yeah, I cut out gluten a while ago because I have so many digestive issues. It might be worth it to try cutting it out for a few weeks and see if it helps. I tried not eating ANY gluten or dairy for a few weeks to see if that was the source of the excessive bloating, but it didn't stop. That's when I tried the probiotics.…

Ooh, I had the SAME problem a few months ago! It was miserable and didn't matter WHAT or how much I ate, I always looked 5 months pregnant after eating. If it's what I had, it was some kind of bug (or my Dr. said some sort of food poisoning that lingered?) and I started taking probiotics and within two days, my digestion…

Are you sure your calorie goal is enough? I recently increased my calories from the 1000-1200 (didn't know it was too low til I started reading posts in forums) range to about 1500-1700 range and I don't binge eat anymore. I realized I literally felt hungry often and deprived of "fun foods" so I would sneak a little treat…

I like Tracy Anderson workouts. The Mat DVD is great--had great results. Her cardio videos are cheesy, but fun to just hop and dance around and work up a good sweat.
