  • Are you suggesting that I only do p90x and leave it at that? Thing is I feel shattered after the p90x session, but I feel great, then 1hr later I feel so pumped and energetic...a lot of energy which I finish off at night before I sleep. I really appreciate your reply, I was wondering what you would suggest?
