I just eat purple cauliflower ( :love: ) for the first time last week and loved it. My kids thought i had lost it and so it my hubby but they all eat it. I made it for my mom last night and she was amazed that it tasted normal.

I am a huge creature of habit so I eat oatmeal about 99.9% of the time even on the weekends. I sometimes will have a hard boiled egg and a peice of whole wheat toast but not often. Another good thing to eat is yogart smoothies, but I tend to make those more for a snack than for breakfast.

Personally I think it depends on the person. I have to take a rest day to avoid inurying myself again. I think it all depends on what you want to get out of your exercise. I know for runners that it varies but the rest days are truly recommened. Not sure if I answered your question or not.
