I also tried out Egg Beaters. They are every low in calories and don't taste to bad with some pepper. I also buy some different breakfast bowls and special K breakfast boxes. Most of them are low in calories but kind of high in sodium. This next week I'm going to try to move over to a whole foods type of meals. Good luck…

When you log your exercise, you should watch how many calories it says you burned. I have found that what MFP says vs what the treadmill says are a big difference. I go by what the screen says and enter that into MFP, rather than just taking what MFP says. There is a few monitors you can use to help you keep track of your…
