Ha! One more reason not to like coffee......

Yep, I've cut the bread from my diet. Started by switching to whole wheat, then just stopped eating bread period. I feel better for it, the extra calories weren't helping me loose fat.

Can you? Yup Question is....will you. Do you have the will to exercise (even moderately) and pay attention to your portion size and what you eat? That's what decides the answer. Best of luck; and remember You CAN do it......
