If you are 5'5 and weight 125, there is no way you are bigger than a size 4ish so you shouldn't worry about it! I'm sure you look great!!

Planks are the same and "elbow and toes." Basically you lay down on your stomach, then lift yourself up on you elbows and toes, keeping your back as straight as possible, and hold for 30-1 minute or as long as you can. You can also just hold yourself up in push-up postion. Hope that helps and makes sense....

I have always wondered that myself. I really don't know the answer but I think that as long as you don't eat it daily by the spoonfuls (which I have been guilty of), then the regular is fine. You need protein to build muscle and peanut butter has a lot.

Make sure you are breathing in through your nose when you run. Don't slouch over either.. its makes in more difficult to breathe. I just started the progresso soup diet yesterday. I am not hungry, but I logged my calories and in the past two days I havent had more than 800 calories. Is that safe??
