• Nice job! I burned over 3K calories on the ski hill (according to MFP). In any case, it was a killer day, and a great workout. Feeling sore, but proud!
• Moving to level 2 tomorrow! Looking forward to it. Level 1 was getting kind of stale. I checked out the list of exercises on another blog, and it looks more fun.
• You should be OK to exercise, but make sure you clean it well right after. Dry off with a clean towel each time as you don't want any chance of bacteria getting into it. Once its fully dry, make sure to moisturize with an unscented lotion.
• You can't un-eat it, so no use worrying about it. I would just drink some extra water to compensate for the excess sodium and move on.

• We're never there. We're always here. Haha.... it's not really a bad thing. My husband came up with the name as a 'cute' way to motivate me. The first time, it was "say what???" but over time, I kind of grew to love it. We'll be on a hike or something, and he'll be way ahead of me calling, "come on Chunkybunny let's go!"…
•
I  Chunkybun (although I want to dub you something else. Sexybun???) Tonight I walk zeee dawg!:drinker:
You are sweet! I need to keep the "chunkybun" (short for chunkybunny) to remind me why I'm here.
• Thank you. I think the right call is to get in touch with them and let them know, and offer to bring something to add to the meal for everyone. My husband didn't realise that whey protein was a dairy product, so that's why I referred to it as "accidental". It's really not easy to eliminate a whole food group, especially…
• While I appreciate what you are saying here, I don't agree. Here's a basic rundown of the conversation we had: H: "we were invited to so and so's place for dinner on Sunday" M: "Ok. Do you want to go? We already have X planned" H: "We could cut X short, so we can still make it." M: "Yeah, we could do that. Did he mention…
• I'm not a big fan of "going for a run", but I don't mind running if it's part of a game or other activity. I will often play keep away with my dog. I'll throw the ball or a stick, then chase him around the park. Once I get it back, I'll make him chase me for a while before I throw it again. Other things I do with him: 1-…
• I lost 4 pounds in the first level of 30DS. I didn't notice a huge drop in measurements, the biggest were 1/2" from both my waist and chest. I've been doing the shred 5 days a week, walking every night for 30-40 mins and various activities on the weekends, hiking, snowshoeing and this weekend will be skiing. I definitely…
• I have issue with the oil in peanut butter. I can have small amounts of light pb or the natural, which is just peanuts. The texture is hard to get used to, but I prefer the taste. My allergist told me many food intolerances are due to additives and preservatives, so can be hard to pinpoint. maybe try switching brands or…
• I am so sorry to read this. My thoughts and prayers are with you tonight.
• Another one.
• Just finished level 1 day 8. Found I'm doing more reps and only struggle now is with second set of push ups. Officially down 3 pounds since I started. Will take measurements on Friday after level 1 is finished.
• 5 more minutes.... OK that wasn't so bad, let's go 5 more. Are you in this to win it?
• Are you taking measurements? These can be a better indicator than weight. Think of how far you've come and how hard that first workout was. That's your true indication of success. Many of the greatest benefits of a fitness plan are those which are immeasurable. Happiness, increased energy, motivation, strengthened immune…
• My dog is part shepherd too. Breaks my heart when he's sick. Have fun at the groomers!
• So sorry about your sweet little Toby. If I was close, I'd come give you a ride!
• Thanks for the kind words. He's still pretty sick but vet thinks he will be OK in a few days. I'm so proud of myself for not eating away the stress. With a lack of sleep, I still managed to get up early and do my workout.
• Best of luck to your little one.
• Here's my contribution. I'm just starting my journey and need all the motivation I can get!
• 1- "Fish in Crazy Water" Place the tilapia in a large frying pan Cover with salsa + 1/2 cup water Let simmer for 15 min until fish is cooked Remove fish, leaving sauce in the pan Add a little flour or cornstarch to thicken sauce Serve over brown rice w/toasted almonds or quinoa 2- Fish tacos Season fish with lemon juice +…
• Hey fellow shredders! This morning I completed what I'm officially calling day 4 of the shred. (I did 3 days of level one via YouTube before a very gluttonous vacation, so I started fresh when I got home). I then found the DVD on Amazon for $7. Since you need a $30 order to get free shipping, I also ordered; Ripped in 30,…
