I'm doing this for the 2nd time, just finished week one. First time was in Feb. I lost 12 pounds. Since then, I did No More Trouble Zones and Ripped in 30. Only lost 2 pounds on those ones. Hoping to get similar or better results this time.

I did this in February and am going to do it for a 2nd time in June. I did mon-fri and took weekends off. My suggestions are to focus on form more than number of reps, start with the easy moves and move up to the hard ones when you're ready. (You will be able to do push ups by the end if you keep trying). I couldn't do one…

I had to miss my workout this morning. I always have trouble getting motivated in the evenings, but today, because I had leftovers for dinner, I did my workout as soon as I got home from work. Then, I took the dog for a walk. I'm finally at the point where I get upset if I miss a workout. Pretty proud of myself.

You don't need to cut out beer. I definitely didn't. I just stop at 3, and try not to pair it with chips/pizza, super salty snacks like I used to.
