French onion soup is easy and delicious even without the bread and cheese.

No. Must have the bread and cheese!!

Everything. EVERYTHING goes well with onions. Bake it on some chicken. Toss it raw on a sandwich. Toss mini onions in the slow cooker with a nice chunk of meat and a bunch of veggies. Mmmmm...

Onion sauteed with zucchini is a favorite snack of mine. Add it to a sandwich (I love Tofurkey, lettuce, and avocado...or just cheese and honey mustard).
But the onion blossom or onion rings would probably be more delicious.

This thread had me salivating for onion. Think I'll make an onion pie tonight. Never done it, but I'm going to make a Cauliflower Pizza Crust and cover with Carmelized onions, Mushrooms and Parmesan cheese and then bake.
