    This has been such an inspiring thread! I am so glad I found MFP. I hate having my pic taken so no before pics but my profile pic was taken this morning and I think you can see my progress (I am wearing my "fat jeans" in this pic).

    Height: 5' 7"
    SW: 165
    CW: 151
    GW: 145 (but maybe less; I really want my belly fat gone and thanks to all these pics I know that is is achievable).

    I've lost 3 inches in my waist, almost 14lbs, and will be having to switch to medium scrub pants soon :-)

    I also talked my sister into joining and she started at over 350lbs and she has already lost her first 20lbs. I am so proud of both of us and all of you!

    And you poor men get ignored a lot. Y'all look so great too! Thank you for sharing your pics as well.

    Happy eating everyone and keep up the great work! We are doing it...

    Wow, guys! You all deserve medals for hard work and determination! Anyone who ever needed to loose weight knows what I'm talking about! I'm just wondering... how did you guys loose all this weight? Calorie counting and working out or some special diets?

    Hey ya'll! i think everyone deserves a chance to show off their hard work no matter how small or how big! I don't care if its one pound! a pound is still a pound! Take pride in the decision to follow and healthy lifestyle and show it off!!!! you deserve it you warriors!!!!
    This is me down 20 pounds..still a ways to go...My starting weight was 160. 1st pic i was 150..second is 140.0 and I''m flexing in second pic so i still have belly flab BUT its better than one year ago and that is all that matters!!!
