Your Favorite Motivational Saying or Quote

Options
My favorite quote is from Chalene Johnson (TurboFire, Chalene Extream, TurboJam):

"Energy is a decision. You either decide that you're tired, or decide that you have tons of energy. When you start speaking to yourself in that way, that's what you believe. The second you say you're tired, your body believes you. You say "I've got tons of energy," your body will believe you. It's how you talk to yourself. In the heat of the battle, when it's tough, it's how you talk to yourself. You can train yourself to do that."

    and

"What distinguishes those of us at the starting line from those of us on the couch is that we learn through running to take what the days gives us, what our body will allow us, and what our will can tolerate."

    Sweat if your fat crying.

Focus on how far you have come not how far you have to go.

    Better sore than sorry.

Three months from now you will thank yourself.

"Attitude is the difference between an ordeal and an adventure"

I just saw this quote yesterday for the first time, but it kinda sums up my way of looking at life whenever possible and I love it!!!

My husband and I have often said that we can have more fun going to a doctor's appointment and getting lunch together than some people have on their 7 day Hawaiian cruise. I find that sad for the other people, but that's how I always wanna be in life :-)

One that I'm consistently repeating to myself since I read it on a forum here: "what other people think of you is none of your business."

    A lot of Hatebreed lyrics:
"You want to see me fail. You won't get your chance."
" a promise to myself to never be my own defeatist"
"You are as die hard as they come. Never waiver never falter. Remain die hard"
"I must attain supremecy of mind supremecy of body supremecy of spirit supremecy of self"
"Perseverance against all opposition crushing all limitations pure strength through solitude discipline and determination."

it aint about how hard you can hit. It's about how much you can get hit and keep moving forward... How much you can TAKE & keep moving FORWARD.

"Every time you eat or drink you are either feeding the disease or fighting it."

I think about that everytime I think about what I want to eat.

"You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step." when I don't want to work out, or feeling down about my ability.

Don't just talk about it, be about it.

I'm not sure who said it first, but my boyfriend says it quite a bit.
